Here at Ted, we’re working around the clock to keep our online services ticking over smoothly, and our team is working tirelessly to ensure all customers orders are delivered.

  • Orders are shipped via EVRi and delivered within 4-7 working days.
  • You will receive an email when orders are shipped that will include your tracking information.

Dispatch time is approximately 24-48 hours.

Delivery times may vary during Bank holidays - including Black Friday, and Sale events.

Orders must be placed before 3:00pm (Mon-Friday)

  • Next Day Delivery Orders are shipped via EVRi and delivered the next day (if placed before 3:00pm Mon-Fri).
  • Orders placed after 3:00pm on a Friday will be delivered on Tuesday.
  • You will receive an email when orders are shipped that will include your tracking information.
  • Please note that our Next Day Delivery service is not available in some remote, rural, and offshore areas of the UK due to logistical constraints. Deliveries to those postcodes may take longer than the standard Next Day timeframe.

Unfortunately, Ted Baker is not currently shipping internationally outside the EU or US. Use the location selector at the bottom of the page to choose your available territory

RETURNS

Generate your return online via our Ted Baker returns portal.

Note - You have 28 days to return online orders.

To return your online order, log into the portal:

  • CLICK HERE - to begin generating your Ted Baker return.

Please include your Delivery Note with your return £3.00 will be deducted from your refund, to cover the cost of the return.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

You have 28 days from the date of purchase to return it for a refund online.

If you’re unable to return it within the 28-day period, please let us know within that timeframe. Refunds will be made onto your original payment method (within 14 days of us receiving the return). Please note- some payment providers may take up to 30 days to process the credit to your account.

  • Items must be unwashed and unworn, with all labels and tags still intact – unfortunately, we can’t accept them in any other condition.
  • We do not accept liability for items that get lost or damaged in transit back to Ted Baker.
  • Hygiene strips must be attached to swimwear.
  • Items with a seal tag will only be accepted where it remains intact and undamaged.
  • Cosmetics (including makeup brushes) can only be returned if they are sealed and show no signs of use.

Exclusions

Due to hygiene reasons, certain goods are non-refundable. These are:

  • Underwear
  • Earrings
  • Opened fragrances
  • Personal grooming products
  • *Please note, anything tailored or personalised to you cannot be returned.

Unfortunately, we do not currently accept exchanges online.

You can return your online order for a refund and replace for a new item. In accordance with the returns section above.

To make festive shopping stress-free, we’ve extended our returns window for the holiday season.

All online purchases made between 20th October 2025 and 22nd December 2025 can be returned up to and including 24th January 2026.

Please note:

  • All returns must meet our standard returns terms and conditions.
  • Items should be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
  • Returns made outside this period will not be accepted.
